I’m Ashlie.

Experimental photographer and narrative nonfiction writer.

I do not like being in a box, so I recycled mine. Used it to line to fresh new garden bed. Planted some seeds, and waited. This is one of those seeds.

Rewilding Her was created a couple years ago when I decided to lean into reconnecting with nature and my own body. Learning to listen and trust. To notice. To remember.

And while I pushed it to the side to try to start a business, it sat. Patiently waiting for me to return. Like it always knew I would.

Rewilding Her is not a “business” or a “brand”. It is my identity and will flow and shift as I do. It is all encompassing. Honest and deep. Silly and off the wall. Seductive and sexy. And sometimes just really fucking angry.

It is all parts of me.

The lover. The mother. The protector. The healer. The fighter. The cheerleader. The critic. The overthinker. The dreamer. The go getter. The broken hearted, and so, so much more.

I am so happy that you have joined me on my journey. I always love making new friends.
